SHIPPING POLICY
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Most orders arrive within 5-10 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charge of INR 99 will be levied on orders worth INR 1999 and below. Delivery charges are not refundable in case of such orders.
Do you deliver outside India?
We only ship within India but accept most international credit cards.
What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated as credits into your website account. These credits can be used for future transactions on shloaa.com Please check CREDITS section in FAQs for more details.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dear Customer,
We are a customer centric brand and put lot of efforts to bring curated, high quality fashion collection so that your shopping experience becomes easier, we love what we do and would like to continue do in longer term. To be able to do this we have to put limit and checks in exchange and return.
Products can be only exchanged for size and they should be returned with original product tags and packaging so that it reaches to us in sellable condition, upon review EXCHANGE shall be processed vis our shloaa.com account CREDIT. Refund in any other form would be not processed.
